
Extortion cases experienced by members of the Directorate of Police Drug Bengkulu Police Brigadier Kumala Tua Arita. Suspected offender is a former boss who now serves as the Chief of Police Superintendent Seluma Parhorian Lumban Gaol. The victim claimed to have been a loss of Rp 20 billion.

Kumala claimed to regularly pay obligations until the debt is paid off. However, instead of the problem is completed, Lumban accused still ask for installment payments. If payments stop, he did not hesitate to threaten to fire and imprison Kumala.
