Send a Muslim ambassador, UK strengthen cultural cooperation with Indonesia
            

          British Embassy to Indonesia, ASEAN, and East Timor introduces a brand-new ambassador. His name Moazzam Malik.

Before coming to the country, Moazzam served as Director General While at the Department for International Development of the UK. He had memorized the condition of the territories in the Middle East, West Asia and South Asia.

         Moazzam inaugurated last October 2014. He told me after the inauguration he followed the party of the people at the Hotel Indonesia (HI) and at night he was joined to the celebration of the people on the inauguration of President Joko Widodo. He claimed amazed at so vibrant community celebrated the election of a new leader.

    "I'm happy, Indonesian people want to move forward. It was my view from the party of the people who made up the inauguration of President Jokowi. I wanted to establish international cooperation relations with Indonesia, 'said Mr Moazzam at his residence in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Friday (19/12).

Moazzam Ambassador said he would be in a relationship, especially in the economic and cultural sectors. He said Indonesia's economy is progressing, while the Indonesian culture is very rich, and it makes Indonesia is very unique in the eyes of the world.

     "The cooperation that will I do with the Indonesian economic sector, trade, investment, education and culture," said the ambassador who is fluent in Indonesia despite a new study six months ago.

        For the future, Moazzam hope that cooperation with Indonesia went well and he continues to support the Indonesian government's policy to make Indonesia, the better.
