Giant trees uprooted, hit the house, cows and goats
       
            Kediri, East Java. A giant tamarind trees hundreds of years old in Kediri fallen. Trees with a diameter of 4.5 meters and a height of 70 fallen and hit a house Supatmi residents Gondang Purworejo Kandat District of Kediri, Tuesday (16/12).

There were no casualties in the incident, just pet the cows and goats Supatmi sandwiched giant tree to death. As a result of the incident the victim suffered a loss of approximately Rp 40 million.

          When events, Supatmi just waking up and going to cook around 05.00 pm. Suddenly the sound of a tree about to collapse.

      "At the sound of gemeretap, I immediately out of the house through the front door. Apparently the giant tree next to the house collapsed on the back of the house and cattle. All my pet die," said Supatmi miserably.

         According Supatmi, the tree is a type of tamarind trees hundreds of years old with age. According to residents about the collapse of the trees with a diameter of 4.5 meters and a height of 70 meters is not being able to sustain the size of tree trunks.

Earlier in the region has been rain overnight. This condition makes the soil becomes loose and not hold the tree. Until now, the tree is still not cut and trimmed, so it still runs close roads.
